Kylie Jenner is addressing all of the plastic surgery accusations.
During the new episode of The Kardashians that was released on Thursday (July 20), the 25-year-old reality star and Makeup mogul chatted with sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian about the pressures of the beauty standards in today’s society.
She also revealed the work she’s had done on her face.

“I always remember being the most confident kid in the room,” Kylie shared. “I always loved myself — I still love myself — and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false, I’ve only gotten fillers.”
“I feel like I don’t want that to be a part of my story,” Kylie added.
Kylie then noted how much “influence” and “power” she and her sisters have and how it’s affected beauty standards of others on social media.
“I think I just see so many young girls on the internet now fully editing [themselves],” Kylie said. “I went through that stage too and I feel like I am in a better place, but other people can instill insecurities in you.”
Kylie also brought up to her sisters that one of her insecurities came from them.
“You don’t realize how you guys always talked about my ears?” Kylie asked, to which Khloe responded that she only ever commented on Kylie‘s ears because she loves them.
“But I didn’t receive it like that,” Kylie explained. “I received it like everyone was making fun of my ears, calling them dopey. Like that f–ked me up.”
She went onto say that she “never thought about my ears” until her family started cracking jokes. After that, Kylie said that for five years she “never wore an updo” on a red carpet or to an event.
“Then I had Stormi, and she has my ears, and it made me realize how I love them,” Kylie added. “If I’m insecure about my ears, and I think my daughter is the most beautiful thing ever… now I wear updos to every carpet.”
Later on, Kylie revealed that she is often asked about how she stays “so strong” when people are constantly talking and making up rumors about her, adding that the “more it happens,” the stronger she becomes, but it “can be a dark place” at times as well.
“You also have to realize that no matter what drama I’m going through on social media, I have such a beautiful personal life — I have the kids, I have really amazing friends and family who know who I am,” Kylie explained. “So you have all these people that are so close to you that understand exactly what you’re going through. I think that’s a beautiful thing.”
She added, “If this all went away tomorrow, I know I have real love to fall back on. That’s all that matters to me, so it becomes easier.”
