Fans of The Real Housewives of Potomac have had a rather interesting week. Now, the news is that Robyn Dixon is allegedly also not coming back for season 9.
Fans will recall that RHOP premiered in early 2016, and Robyn happens to be one of the OGs. The world has watched her life with Juan Dixon and their two boys evolve over the years. However, things have not always been easy. Throughout her time on the show, Robyn has become an entrepreneur, but her Relationship with Juan has been put to the test several times.
Now, The Jasmine Brand is reporting that Robyn is out for season 9 of RHOP. The outlet didn’t give any specifics for why Robyn is allegedly leaving but said that she may return in the future. Of course, this news is not official, as neither Robyn nor the network has said anything about her future with the show.
Of course, Robyn is a beloved housewife. However, it should be noted that there have been discussions about her contributions to RHOP for the last few seasons. This especially came up after last season when she didn’t talk about Juan possibly cheating on the show but then discussed it on Patreon, which Bravo is said to have been upset about.
Though not official, this casting news leaves fans with a few significant questions. If true, this means there are for sure two housewives not returning to RHOP. Still, there have also been rumblings that Ashley Darby may not come back next season. So, could RHOP be in store for a reboot of some sort? Fans have complained about this season, so it would only make sense.
