The friends, family, and fans are mourning the loss of a standout beauty influencer.
YouTube star Jessica Pettway, who was known for her lifestyle and beauty posts, has died at just 36 years old after a battle with cervical cancer. Her sister Reyni Brown announced the news in a private Instagram post last week, per E! News:
“It’s my birthday today, and the only thing I could ever wish for is for God to bring you back on this earth. I lost my beautiful big sister 2 days ago and my heart has never felt pain like this.”
So, so sad.

She called Jessica “the most amazing, strong, confident” person she’d ever met, who filled her life with “so much wisdom.” The mourning sister added that her late sibling “prayed for me and helped me become a better mother.” She wrote:
“Life will never be the same without her crazy laugh, pranks, or jokes. Loosing [sic] a sibling feels like a connection between us was destroyed. I love you with all my heart.”
How completely devastating.

Jessica sadly left behind two daughters, a husband, and a sister who clearly loved her beyond the stars. Our hearts are with the family during this devastating time. Rest in peace.
