Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops went seriously viral on TikTok for giving the juiciest glass-skin, but the brand has one-upped itself with the Glow Recipe Hue Drops.
The new recruit takes the OG fan-favourite formula, but adds a little hint of gold and bronze pearl tint into the mix for a warmer spring/summer-ready rendition – and fans are already beside themselves. Searches for ‘Glow Recipe Hue Drops’ have increased by 700% over the past month since the launch, which promises clinically effective Skincare ingredients (pore refining niacinamide, soothing centella asiatica and hydrating hyaluronic acid), paired with a vacay-worthy glow. So, obviously, team GLAMOUR had to take the new update out for a spin…

I’ve been away on holiday, but I kept my face in the shade so it’s now paler than the rest of my body – but the Glow Recipe Hue Drops are the perfect antidote. Blended across my complexion as the last step in my skincare routine, it adds a very subtle wash of warmth that evens out redness, and also bumps up glow… offering a dewy finish that will hit perfectly once the sunshine finally shows up. This is definitely one if you like juicy-looking skin. It’s perfect for a no-Makeup makeup glow-up because it’s pretty undetectable and can be worn alone for a soft-filter effect – or layered under foundation, it gives extra radiance. And as well as looking good, it does good, too. Packed with niacinamide, centella asiatica and hyaluronic acid, it’s a supercharged skin cocktail.

I’m a huge fan of Glow Recipe skincare – so was super excited to try the new Hue Drops. I love that it can double as a skincare over time, but also works like a makeup product. I think during summer this is going to be great for the no-makeup makeup days that just need a bronzed lightweight finish, and I’m excited to see how it transforms my skin over time.

The moment I caught wind of Glow Recipe dropping its new Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Hue Drops — a sun-kissed iteration of the brand’s classic Dew Drops — I was keen to give it a try. With pigmentation as my main skincare focus, yet a preference for light coverage and a dewy finish, I’m always on the lookout for skincare heroes that balance these needs.
