Can’t get enough of The Real Housewives of Dubai

We don’t blame you. The first season of RHODubai introduced us to sensational sights, incredible fashion, and amazing women, including Chanel Ayan, Caroline Brooks, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan, and Caroline Stanbury. In May 2023, Bravo announced that RHODubai will return for Season 2, this time adding newcomer Taleen Marie to the group.

Fans eager for new episodes got a taste of what’s to come from the upcoming season at BravoCon 2023 during the Diving into Dubai panel. It was billed as the RHODubai ladies “joining forces” to talk about adjusting to life as Housewives, where their friendships currently stand, and to tease the upcoming season, plus a new addition to the group. And boy did it deliver.

The panel only amped up the excitement for new episodes in 2024, especially after Season 1 cast member Nina Ali announced she wouldn’t be returning for a sophomore season. In January 2023, Nina wrote via Instagram:

“It was an honor to be a part of the debut season of The Real Housewives of Dubai, and to help [Bravo] bring this beloved franchise to the city I call home. I’m grateful to the network, Andy Cohen, and the team at Truly Original for welcoming me into this extended family and for embracing the diversity of riches Dubai has to offer… I wish my fellow Housewives all the best moving forward. I’ll be cheering you on!”

There’s also an unexpected connection between RHODubai and The Real Housewives of New York City, as Chanel and RHONY cast member Ubah Hassan are related! Despite both of them being first-time Housewives on their respective shows, Chanel’s show premiering first meant she had one more BravoCon on Ubah.

The result? A playful warning to her cousin to not embarrass her on stage! At BravoCon 2023, Ubah mentioned that “we hung out yesterday and I didn’t bring any jewelry, and I didn’t have any gowns. [Chanel] texted me the night before and said, ‘Do not embarrass me.’ And I’m here without a gown! So basically I had a designer send me stuff at like 9 p.m.”

If you are missing RHODubai and all of the Glam that comes with it, you’ll definitely want to shop show merch below. Just FYI: It’s a bring-your-own-gown situation.
