MARRIED At First Sight bride Jay Howard has taken a brutal swipe at her ex Luke Worley after their devastating split.
The pair tied the knot as part of the social experiment on E4.

Jay and Luke seemed to be going from strength to strength at the start of the series, but towards the end of the show, cracks started to show.
Weeks into the programme the pair were told to leave after Luke was involved in a bust-up with his fellow show groom.
For the final dinner party and commitment ceremony, it was clear that Luke’s head wasn’t in the Relationship anymore, and they decided to end things.
Jay recently showed Luke what he is missing on a night out in an incredible black dress.
The reality star shared snaps from the night on Instagram and threw shade at her ex with the caption: “Divorce looks good on me… 🖤✌🏼.”
Many rushed to the comments section to share the love.
One said: “Here she isssss 🔥🖤.”
Another added: “It really does 🔥 you look incredible 🙌 x.”
“It certainly does you look stunning xx,” a third chimed in.
Last week fans watched on as Luke told Jay that they were “not soulmates”.
At the last dinner party she asked him how he feels about her.
Luke replied: “When you feel like you put everything into something and then someone’s told you you’re not good enough…”
Jay interrupted: “No, I never said that. I never said that, Luke!”
He added: “[Jay’s] changed my life for the better but I don’t think we’re soulmates. That’s the situation and it’s tough.”
At the reunion show the pair both broke down as they opened up about their relationship to the experts.
Luke told them that he didn’t want to keep trying anymore, leaving Jay in tears.
He then revealed that he had to have therapy to cope with being on the show and hit the lowest point of his life.
After the final episode aired, Jay said on Instagram: “I’m dreading tonight’s episode, this is probably the most deflated, sad and heartbroken I’ve felt throughout the whole experiment but not just for me for both of us…
“Emotions were very high, we’ve both said things in the heat of the moment but ultimately our journey together has been one of a kind. I will never forget everything you have done for me during the experiment and the bond we created together was truly special.
“I will stand by you always @lukeworley1 💜.”
Luke said on his account: “Tonight I will be re-living one of the worst days in the experiment.
“I remember feeling empty and having no energy left after this day. I questioned if I was going insane and felt like I was in another dimension.
“It’s going to be a tough watch but this did happened over 4 months ago and me and Jay are on great terms now.
“To this day I feel we both don’t really know what went wrong and you will all see tonight that we are both shocked and confused by the whole situation.
“I’m thankful for Jay for being there when I needed her, she has always been supportive throughout and since the experiment.
“She is a true gift that lights up any room.
“Ultimately this is officially the end of our MAFS journey, but there will never be an end to our unique bond.”
