‘RHONY’ Jenna Lyons’ Girlfriend is Revealed as Cass Bird

This year, Jenna Lyons became the first openly gay full-time castmate on Real Housewives of New York.

In 2011, Jenna divorced her husband Vincent Mazeau, the father of their son. In a recent interview with The New York Times, Jenna addressed her Relationship with Cass Bird, who remains a mystery to many fans.

Though Jenna previously shared that she would not reveal her love interests on camera, the fashion designer told the outlet that she broke this rule by the end of her first season.

“The words come out of your mouth, and you’re like, I can’t take those back,” said the star. “It has not been the part of my life that I have been very successful in.”

According to Us Weekly, Cass is a renowned photographer, and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Allure, Elle, and Vanity Fair. Recently, Cass has photographed such celebrities as Margot Robbie, Jennifer Lawrence, Olivia Wilde and Reese Witherspoon.

While the starting Date of their romance is still a mystery, Jenna shared with The Times that she began crushing on Cass.

Per Vogue, the photographer married Ali Bird at some point after gay marriage was legalized in 2015. The former Couple met in 1997, though the ending date of their relationship is unknown.

The last mention of Cass on Alli’s Instagram occurred in August of 2022. “Epic night, epically captured by @cassblackbird Late summer love with the heart fam 💗💥,” wrote Ali at the time, alongside a photo of their family and friends on a dock.

Earlier in the year, Ali posted a birthday tribute to Cass: “Happy happy birthday to my Birdie @cassblackbird … Still making all my dreams come true. Luckiest girl in the 🌎 ♥️.”

They exes share two children, Mae and Leo. “We wanted to start a family and buy a house,” said Ali in the 2017 Vogue interview. “We saved money. We did it. When gay marriage became legal, we had already made the biggest commitment.”

Cass then expressed, “It is important that we have the same dreams. What does it mean to be a good partner, a good citizen . . . two big, big things.”
