Lenny Hochstein is officially engaged to his girlfriend Katharina Mazepa!
The 56-year-old plastic surgeon, and estranged husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, took to his Instagram page on July 29, and shared photos of his proposal to his 27-year-old model girlfriend.
Katharina captioned the photos: “On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever. 🏴☠️♾.”
The news of Lenny and Katharina’s engagement comes after over a year of Dating. The Couple went public with their Relationship back in May of 2022 just days after Lisa and Lenny announced their split. Lisa revealed back then that she was completely blindsided by both the divorce and Lenny’s new relationship.
Since the divorce announcement, things have gotten pretty volatile for both Lenny and Lisa, with Lisa alleging Lenny threatened her in from of their kids, and Lenny asking a judge to kick Lisa out of their $52 million Miami mansion, per their prenup according to him.

And in recent weeks, Lenny accused Lisa of assault and filed for emergency custody of their kids — which a judge denied, as she has also claimed he called the cops, and threw her mother and aunt out of their home.
Following Katharina and Lenny’s engagement post, Lenny’s mom Marina Hochstein threw major shade at her soon-to-be former daughter-in-law Lisa in the comments section of the post.
Marina wrote, “I will be very happy that this time you are getting a woman who love and respect you. You certainly did not have that in your previous marriage. Good luck congratulations ❤️.”
Lisa, 41, has also moved on romantically as she is currently in a new relationship with boyfriend Jody Glidden.
