Kenya Moore Puts Marc Daly on Blast: Reveals He’s Only Seen Daughter Twice in Two Years!

Kenya Moore ripped into ex-husband, Marc Daly, in court, accusing her ex of seeing their daughter only a Couple of times over the past two years.

As reported, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who referred to Daly as a “FaceTime” father, slammed her ex after the NYC restauranteur demanded that she be held in contempt.  

Earlier this month, Daly asked the court to find the reality star in contempt after their daughter, Brooklyn, was present for an argument on the Bravo reality show. Court documents revealed that he was angry that his 4-year-old child was sleeping in a hotel room when Kenya’s co-star, Marlo Hampton, tried to kick down her door. He also claimed that Kenya had violated a court order by allowing Brooklyn to film a Home Run Inn Pizza commercial without consulting him.

The order stated — “[Kenya] shall notify [Marc] of any opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera and shall advise [Marc] of the content of the appearance; the minor child will only be involved in opportunities that are age appropriate.”

Daly accused his ex of failing to pick up his FaceTime calls to his daughter, adding that he had only spoken to Brooklyn twice in the month of June. 

Kenya shrugged off the contempt request, denying that she had violated any court order. The RHOA star claimed that Daly was notified about the pizza commercial.   

She also addressed the RHOA drama, pointing out that her daughter was unaware of the incident involving Hampton, as she was sound asleep at the time. Kenya clarified that the conflict was resolved quickly, before hitting back at Daly’s claim that she had been unresponsive to his FaceTime calls. 

Her motion read— “Mother and Father had an established scheduled time daily to call the child. In an attempt to create issues, Father began to erratically change the times that he wanted to call on a whelm. He did this for the purpose of attempting to create an issue. Mother has implored Father to be consistent with his calls, which he refuses to do. Nevertheless, Father has been random in his behavior and unwilling to stick to the established schedule.”

Kenya Moore claimed that her ex traveled from New York to Atlanta twice, but failed to follow through after she asked him to spend time with their daughter. 

The court document stated that Kenya “actually paid for and traveled with the child to New York on the two occasions where [Daly] did see the child.”

“The Father has only seen his child twice in two years,” the motion read. “In both instances, the mother, on her own expense, took the child to see the father. 

The motion stated — “In his failed attempt to have this Court and the public believe otherwise, the evidence will show that Father is simply a “FaceTime” Father, who is inconsistent with even talking to his child at best.” 

Kenya Moore said that Marc Daly had thwarted her effort to settle the case. The ex-couple’s divorce trial is scheduled to begin in the next couple weeks.
