This prompted users to wonder if MGK may have cheated with his band member Sophie Lloyd—a claim which the guitarist and Megan both refuted.
In fact, amid the rumors the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen alum returned to social media to set the record straight.
“There has been no third party reference in this relationship of any kind,” she wrote in a Feb. 19 post. “While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all these innocent people alone now.”
