Kenya Moore’s ex Marc Daly is now demanding that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star be held in contempt of court following their daughter Brooklyn’s proximity to a fight on the show.

The former Couple, who are in the midst of a contentious divorce, previously agreed to the four-year-old’s level of involvement in the Bravo series. During the fight in question, Kenya yelled at her co-star Marlo Hampton for kicking at her hotel room door while the child was inside.

Per court docs via Radar, Marc is upset that their daughter was present while the scene was being filmed.

As part of their reported custody agreement, Kenya is allowed to have Brooklyn on the show as long as certain restrictions are in place.

A judge previously shared he was “not convinced, and no evidence has been shown, that” the star would put her daughter in “any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.”

“[Kenya] shall notify [Marc] of any opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera and shall advise [Marc] of the content of the appearance; the minor child will only be involved in opportunities that are age appropriate.”

In the new motion, Marc alleged that his ex violated this order by shooting a commercial for Home Run Inn Pizza with their daughter without “any discussion with” Marc. He said he discovered the commercial online.

The order declared, “[Marc] shall be allowed daily telephonic and/or video visitation with the minor child.”

The ex alleged he “repeatedly requests calls and Facetime with [Brooklyn], and provides available times,” though Kenya does not respond. According to Marc, he’s only spoken with the daughter twice last month, and Kenya refuses to “cooperate with in-person visits.”

He also requested that the court observe the star’s behavior amid their trial, and he asked that Kenya pay the legal fees concerning his latest motion.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
