Thirty-year-old Bronx rapper, Cardi B is no stranger to gifting her children with expensive top notch gifts. The multi-faceted entertainer recently revealed that she paid $20,000 for her kids’ new home playground.

Showing off the playset on Twitter, Cardi B gleefully wrote, “I really go dummy for my kids…..Obsessed!!! I love it,” about her pricey purchase.
In a recent interview with The New York Times, the mom of two opened up about not only her latest purchase, but several others, chalking them up to being among the “perks of fame.”
“When I bought my mom a house, that meant a lot to me. When I bought my house with my husband, that meant a lot to me. When I bought another house … damn, I bought a lot of houses,” she said in the interview.
She continued, “But it also do be the little things, right? I just bought this playground set for my kids and it’s huge. It looks insane. And I spent in the 20 thousands for it. … this is what I work hard for, for my kids. Overly spending on your kids doesn’t mean that you’re a great parent, but it makes you feel good. It makes you feel like that you’re living your childhood dream.”
Cardi B shares two children with husband, Offset, 22-month-old Wave Set and daughter five-year-old Kulture Kiari, who recently turned five. The future kindergartner was gifted her another Hermès Birkin bag for her special day. Kulture’s stylish pink Birkin bore a $20,000 price tag.
In addition to Kulture and Wave, Cardi is also stepmom to Offset’s older kids: eight-year-old daughter Kalea, eight-year-old son Kodyan, and 13-year-old son Jordan.
Although Cardi B is extremely generous when it comes to showering her children with lavish gifts, the “I Like it Like That” singer said that, in spite of it all, she teaches them to remain humble.
“They need to know to never feel comfortable. Don’t ever feel like, ‘I’m going to get it because I’m Cardi and Offset’s kid,’ ” she told Vogue Singapore in an interview. “They are never going to know what struggle feels like, so they might not have that hunger I had to leave the streets.”
Summer is still in full swing, so we have not doubt that the kids will get plenty of use out of their new playground!
