Shannon Beador‘s ex-husband, David Beador, filed for divorce from wife Lesley Beador at the end of last month, just days before spending time with the Real Housewives of Orange County star at The Quiet Woman restaurant.
As court documents confirmed David’s latest filing, which comes about eight months after his initial divorce filing last September, and includes a request for full custody of his and Lesley’s two-year-old daughter, Anna, another report shared why Shannon shared a pic of the two of them on her Instagram page.
In a post shared by The Talk of Shame on Instagram, Shannon’s decision was explained.
“Shannon said on today’s [Jeff Lewis Live] that David came into The Quiet Woman after she left so she came back in and took a pic together to send to their daughters and their daughters were really shocked and happy. So then David goes ‘screw it I need followers’ so they decided to post it,” the outlet shared on June 5.
After Shannon and David’s run-in was made public over the weekend in Shannon’s social media photo, legal documents obtained by TMZ on June 5 revealed that David filed for divorce from Lesley in late May, citing “irreconcilable differences” and giving a separation Date of May 23.
As RHOC fans may recall, David dismissed his petition for divorce in October of last year, just weeks after filing for divorce and requesting joint custody of Anna. Then, in the months that followed, he and Lesley seemed to be on and off, with her hinting in November that their split was back on.
“The worst thing about being lied to is simply knowing you weren’t worth the truth,” read a November 30 message she shared.
“Cheating on a good person is like throwing away a diamond and picking up a rock,” a second post stated.
In David’s latest set of documents, he confirmed he and Lesley have a prenup, requested the court deny Lesley spousal support, and asked for legal and physical custody of Anna while presenting visitation rights to Lesley.
