Lindsie Chrisley revealed that it has been a “frustrating” process trying to visit her stepmom, Julie Chrisley, in her Kentucky-based prison.

“I have not been to Lexington to visit her yet,” the 33-year-old said on her “Southern Tea” podcast Wednesday.

Lindsie explained that “there was a different process” she had to go through in order to have visitation at Julie’s prison, which is not the same to visit the Florida prison of her father, Todd Chrisley.

“I sent in all of my paperwork and have yet to hear back regarding the visiting,” she shared. “So, it’s been a little bit frustrating.

“The attempts to try to communicate have been a lot different than communicating with my dad.”

Though Lindsie has not been able to make the trip to Lexington yet, she said her sister, Savannah Chrisley, and her grandmother, Nanny Faye, said Julie is “doing very well.”

Earlier this year, Lindsie — who Todd shares with his ex-wife Teresa Terry — revealed that she and Faye took an “impromptu road trip” to Pensacola, Fla., to see her incarcerated father, Todd, days after he had begun his lengthy prison sentence for fraud and tax evasion.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” patriarch, 54, and his wife, 50, reported to their respective prisons on Jan. 17 after being sentenced to a combined 19 years in jail for fraud and tax evasion.

Todd was handed down a 12-year sentence, while Julie was sentenced to seven years behind bars. They were also each given 16 months of probation.

Todd and Julie have maintained their innocence and have vowed to appeal their convictions.

The former reality stars share sons Chase, 26, and Grayson, 16, as well as daughter Savannah, 25. Todd is also dad to Lindsie and son Kyle, 30, with his ex-wife.

Julie and her husband have also adopted Kyle’s daughter, Chloe, 10, who is now in the care of Savannah.

Since their imprisonment began, their children have been vocal about how their lives have been affected.

In February, Savannah revealed that she had a “full-on breakdown” while trying to get Chloe ready to go visit her parents.

“I just sat down on the floor and started crying,” she said on an episode of her “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” at the time. “I am not my mother. How am I going to do this? I don’t feel that I am worthy or capable enough of doing the job she’s done for all her life.”
