Rihanna learned the hard way that keeping up with an exercise routine isn’t easy when there’s an adorable little boy demanding her attention. On Saturday, the pop star, who is expecting her second baby later this year, shared a video on Instagram featuring her son thwarting her workout plans.

In the video, the baby (whose name she and partner A$AP Rocky have not yet shared) smiles at a video playing off-camera while he sits happily in his mom’s lap. The little guy even shows off a few new teeth, while his mom cuddles him. However, at the end of the video, Rihanna, whose growing baby bump is on display in her workout ensemble, pleads with her son to let her get some exercise in. “Please,” she says at the end of the video.

“Look who don’t want mommy to workout 🤷🏿‍♀️,” she captioned her post. Rihanna didn’t garner much sympathy from her famous friends, who couldn’t stop cooing over her little boy. “This smile!!!!!!!! ♥️” Kelly Rowland commented. “Selling Sunset” star Amanza Smith added, “That face ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Rihanna and Rocky welcomed their first child last May. The “Umbrella” singer then shocked fans when she revealed she’s expecting baby number two during the Super Bowl halftime show in February. In a February interview with British Vogue, Rihanna shared how being parents has brought her and Rocky Relationship-british-vogue-quotes-49090095″ class=”ga-track” data-ga-category=”internal click” data-ga-label=”https://www.popsugar.com/celebrity/rihanna-asap-rocky-relationship-british-vogue-quotes-49090095″ data-ga-action=”body text link”>closer together over the course of the last year.

“We have to be on the same page, but we’ve always kind of had that in our relationship. Everything changes when you have a baby but I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer,” she told the outlet.

As for whether or not she’ll stop at two kids, Rihanna is leaving the door open for more. “Listen, I’m down for whatever,” she said. “My wish would be I would like to have more kids but whatever God wants for me, I’m here.”
