Newly released, Madison Watkins lifts up all her listeners with the whimsical ballad, “Find You”. The song explores the belief of finding the one and reassuring her fans that they will come across this person and fall in love with them. This follows her previous single “Other Ones”.
Madison Watkins is a singer-songwriter who is probably most known for being on the 19th season of American Idol where she reached the Top 12. Prior to her being a contestant on the show, she auditioned for the 11th season of America’s Got Talent, where she was eliminated during the Judges’ Cuts round. Since both shows, she’s built up her music career independently, going on to gain millions upon millions of streams for her singles, and she dropped her debut EP, “Rooted”, in 2020. She later followed that up with her sophomore EP, “Electric”, in 2022. Her streaming numbers are incredible, with her 2021 single, “Someday”, going on to reach 3.1 million streams on Spotify alone. Her tracks, “Lose To Love” and “Worthy”, have also reached over a million streams each on the streaming platform, at 1.7 million and 1.1 million, respectively. On top of that, she’s opened for the likes of Elle King, Gwen Stefani, and Jason Derulo, performed live with Tori Kelly and even performed at the 2022 World Series. Her single, “Blinded”, was used during the third season of Love Island USA, and she has worked with the hair care brand, Aussie, on a social media campaign that saw the brand licence her song “Curls” and they created the #CurlMagic TikTok trend which saw the campaign generate 1.7 billion views. Madison Watkins is certainly someone to watch in the next year or so, her clear focused energy on her career will make her a household name soon.

The track stays subtle throughout, allowing Madison Watkins to shine. The lyrics delve into her belief in finding the one when she loves herself – self-love really is so important and we’re all learning to love ourselves more every day – and when she does she’ll find her one.
