Marshall Glaze had a rough go in the pods during the fourth season of Love Is Blind.
As we’ve been reporting, the back-and-forth timeline between him, Jackie Bonds, and her ex Josh Demas Relationship-timeline/”>proved to be quite convoluted, to say the least. But to his credit, Marshall persevered even after his engagement to Jackie ended in heartbreak, and he did his best to get back out there!

Sadly, a new relationship didn’t work out, either. But as Marshall explained to E! News on Tuesday, he gave it his all! And yes, it was a new attempt at love with an old LIB flame.
According to Glaze, after things with Jackie ended, he tried to rebound with… drum roll please… castmate Kacia Clark!!

Kacia didn’t get a ton of air time on the Netflix show’s fourth season. But she and Glaze connected in pod encounters. And it was enough for him to give it a shot, as he revealed to the news outlet:
“I actually reached out to Kacia. We tried.”
Unfortunately, early in the potential romance with the 31-year-old, Marshall realized his time with Jackie was hampering everything related to Love Is Blind. And that included Kacia:
“I wanted to just distance myself from all of that, from that experience. It was going to be difficult to try to make a relationship with Kacia.”
The 27-year-old said ending things with Kacia was “rough,” and it sounds like he regrets not being quite ready to jump in:
“Still to this day, I’m apologetic about starting something and getting her hopes up with me going back in my shell like, ‘this isn’t really the time or the place.’”
Ugh!
Still, the marketing manager is trying to take away positives from his time in the public eye:
“I know what I want and I know what I don’t want. And I know what I need, too. I need someone who is very self-aware, someone who has emotional maturity and availability. Someone who knows themselves and knows that they can have bad times and they can have great times, but it’s staying with someone and figuring it out. That’s what makes the relationship so much more sweet.”
We hope he finds that! But it won’t be with Jackie or Kacia.
