If at first you don’t succeed, try again! This seems to be Kwame Appiah‘s motto!

If you’re anything like us, you’ve been busy binge-watching the latest season of Netflix‘s social experiment Love Is Blind, in which contestants fall in love and get engaged without ever seeing each other. Kinda like another popular series, Married at First Sight. But it turns out the premises aren’t just similar, the casts are, too!

Eagle-eyed viewers of both reality shows just noticed Kwame appeared in an episode of the Lifetime series back in 2019! In the resurfaced clip from the premiere episode of season 10 of MAFS, the sales development manager can be seen taking a seat alongside many other hopeful participants from Washington D.C. And it looked 100% like him!

OMG!!!

That is totally him!! Fans were freaking out online after the reveal, writing:

“KWAME OMG!!!!!”

“I’m screaming

“Oh he been trying for AWHILE”

“The way my jaw dropped”

“No wonder his mom is upset, that woman is TIRED”

Guess he’s always wanted to find love on a reality show! But when his attempts on Married at First Sight didn’t take him far, he turned to the pods! We wonder if he’s going to have better luck this time around??

If you haven’t been watching season 4 of LIB, the Seattle resident hit it off with two people initially: Chelsea Griffin and Micah Lussier. After Micah broke things off, he proposed to Chelsea, but whether or not they will both say “I do” at the altar remains to be seen. Kinda sus knowing this isn’t his first time trying to get married on TV! We’re sure you’ve got some wild reactions to this — let us hear ’em (below)!
