As per the latest updates, Donald Trump was indicted on March 31, Thursday, and the charges were unsealed during the prosecution that was held on April 4, Tuesday. The 34 crime charges related to his alleged role in a scheme that directed hush money payments to two women, including adult film star Stormy Daniels, and ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal, before the 2016 US presidential elections. The reports suggest that Donald Trump’s former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen facilitated payments to two women in order to keep them silent over their alleged affairs with the former US president.
Before the arrest, Donald Trump took to his official social media handle before he left his New York residence to the court, and wrote: “Heading to Lower Manhattan, the Courthouse. Seems so SURREAL – WOW, they are going to ARREST ME. Can’t believe this is happening in America.” However, Trump has now emerged as the first-ever US president to get arrested over criminal charges.

According to Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, she met Donald Trump at a charity golf tournament in July 2006. The pair allegedly had Sex once in Trump’s hotel room at Lake Tahoe, which is a resort area between California and Nevada.
