The cute Couple posed for photos while hitting the slopes for the Operation Smile 11th Annual Celebrity Ski and Smile Challenge on Saturday (April 1) at St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.
Demi helped Jutes celebrate his birthday over the weekend.
