“The reason the UK is one of the last countries to submit their song is to keep everyone guessing and to hold their cards to their chest for as long as possible.”

Sam Ryder turned many years of Eurovision hurt into national pride at the contest in Turin, Italy in 2022.

His song Spaceman saw the UK finish second behind Ukraine in the famous coemption.

Mae will be the first female entrant for the United Kingdom since SuRie in 2018, who finished 24th with just 48 points.

Over the years, the UK has won Eurovision five times.

Is Mae Muller in a Relationship?

As of 2023 Mae is a single lady, but she often talks about her ex-boyfriend in her songs.

Speaking to Dating-advice” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>British Vogue, she said: “I know it doesn’t sound like it in my music, but I don’t like break ups or hurting people.

“I always have so much guilt. Sometimes, I pretend everything’s all right for months, then it gets worse.

“Once you get that feeling, it doesn’t go away. So you have to be honest from the get-go and have that conversation.
