SHARON Osbourne was left gobsmacked last night when she realised her catty comments about a host of celebrities had been aired.
The reality TV legend, 71, didn’t hold back during her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house after being reunited with Louis Walsh and the pair spent much of their time discussing their friends – and enemies.
And last night, Sharon could be seen looking horrified as she was reminded of some of them on Late and Live – featuring some of her most shocking comments, including laying into Simon Cowell.
Afterwards, host Will best commented: “You seem surprised that we’ve seen all of that.”
Sharon replied: “I thought they’d never air it! So negative, so mean.”
Those watching at home took to Twitter to discuss the moment she realised everything had gone out.
One person wrote: “You can tell Sharon forgot she was in Big Brother or thought they wouldn’t show bits because her face changed when it showed her talking about Simon Cowell.”
A second commented: “When Sharon saw her s**t talking Simon Cowell she looked panicked and said ‘oh f***’ and Kelly looked super concerned. Was it possibly not entirely true?”
While at third added: “I think Sharon ain’t best pleased about what’s been seen… especially when the VT was shown about Simon Cowell! Even Kelly looked worried.”
The rest of the interview was rather stifled after that as Sharon came to terms with what had been shown.
When she was asked how Louis would cope with out her, she suggested Fern could step in.
But Will commented: “If he’s a bit nicer to her!”
Looking quite upset at this point, Sharon replied: “Oh that’s not gone out has it?”
While in the house Sharon claimed she lost out on a job on The Masked Singer US panel because of Simon.
She said she turned down the massive gig because she thought she was going to be on the X Factor again – but was then dumped at the last minute.
According to Sharon, the reason she and fellow panellist Louis were axed from the competition was because of ageism.
Celebrity Big Brother line-up
Who are the 13 stars appearing in the Celebrity Big Brother house? The Sun’s Jamie Downham takes a look…
Sharon Osbourne – TV legend – who is a “house guest” on a megabucks deal – said she was doing the show for “a good time not a long time”
Louis Walsh – Irish boyband manager who has never knowingly backed down from a fight and is not above pulling rank over the double bed
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – As we know from Love Island, the Ek-ster is capable of throwing about some dramatics to claw her way to the final
Levi Roots – Reggae Reggae Sauce sauce packs a bit of a kick, but its inventor seems quite mild-mannered. Will that change under pressure?
Fern Britton – The former This Morning star called out Phillip Schofield – don’t think she won’t do the same to anyone who tangles with her
Colson Smith – You’ll probably know him best as Corrie’s Craig Tinker – but prepare to find out he’s not much like his character
Dating/” rel=””>David Potts – Ibiza Weekender’s breakout star has left that show behind – as well as his trousers by the look of things
Gary Goldsmith – Kate Middleton’s uncle is a big signing for ITV, but has proved a divisive booking among viewers
Marisha Wallace – It’s not CBB without the role of ‘American who doesn’t know what they’ve let themselves in for’ and she’s doing brilliantly
Nikita Kuzmin – The Strictly pro is coming onto the show fresh off the show’s tour. Poor lad probably just wants a rest
Zeze Mills – the social media star has a “no holds barred interview style” – and she hasn’t backed away from calling people (well, Louis) out
Bradley Riches – The actor played kindly James McEwan in Netflix hit Heartstopper and he seems just as sweet in the house
Lauren Simon – She’s a Real Housewives of Cheshire star and you really don’t get on that show by being shy and retiring
