The Towie star waded in after the former X Factor judge, 71, chucked insults at his former acts, also calling Ronan Keating “a p***k”.

During last night’s show the former music manager spoke about managing twin brothers John and Edward Grimes, and Boyzone.

Soap actor Colson Smith asked Louis in the house last night: “What were Jedward like?”

Not holding back, Walsh replied: “They were vile but they were great for the show.

“I got five million quid for them.”

He added: “And they were vile. But their novelty was great for the show.”

Jedward were with Gemma at her house, and warned “justice will be served” after seeing their former boss’ comments.

John raged: “Louis Walsh is a cold hearted b*d who didn’t even send us flowers when our mum died.”

The brothers, 32, continued: “Louis Walsh B****ed and talked about us to our best friend Tara Reid and then we fired him!

“Girls aloud hate Louis! Jedward hate Louis! Ronan Keating hates Louis! All future acts should be made aware of what this VILE man is really like.

“Louis reopened these wounds all by himself being spiteful and disrespectful we aren’t going to have our character taken. Justice will be served.”

Towie legend Gemma then jumped to their defence and shared a photo of them on Instagram.

She said: “Shocked to see what was said about my boys @jepicpics

“They are the sweetest talented polite educated kind boys I’ve ever met hence why they are always in my company.”

Gemma added on her Instagram Story: “Guys just jumping on because I’m with the boys now we’re absolutely mouths open.

“Like for Louis to say that it’s not true the boys are lovely, I’ve personally got nothing against Louis Walsh but I know how he treated the boys and it really does upset me.

“And it’s just a liberty that he turned round and said that.

“Because they are the nicest sweetest talented well mannered, boys, that’s why they are in my house a lot.”

One of the brothers added: “Louis never has anything good to say about any of his acts, he talks s**t about all his acts, Boyzone, West Life, Girls Aloud, it never ends. Like honestly.”

Celebrity Big Brother line-up

Who are the 13 stars appearing in the Celebrity Big Brother house? The Sun’s Jamie Downham takes a look…

Sharon Osbourne – TV legend – who is a “house guest” on a megabucks deal – said she was doing the show for “a good time not a long time”

Louis Walsh – Irish boyband manager who has never knowingly backed down from a fight and is not above pulling rank over the double bed

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – As we know from Love Island, the Ek-ster is capable of throwing about some dramatics to claw her way to the final

Levi Roots – Reggae Reggae Sauce sauce packs a bit of a kick, but its inventor seems quite mild-mannered. Will that change under pressure?

Fern Britton – The former This Morning star called out Phillip Schofield – don’t think she won’t do the same to anyone who tangles with her

Colson Smith – You’ll probably know him best as Corrie’s Craig Tinker – but prepare to find out he’s not much like his character

Dating/” rel=””>David Potts – Ibiza Weekender’s breakout star has left that show behind – as well as his trousers by the look of things

Gary Goldsmith – Kate Middleton’s uncle is a big signing for ITV, but has proved a divisive booking among viewers

Marisha Wallace – It’s not CBB without the role of ‘American who doesn’t know what they’ve let themselves in for’ and she’s doing brilliantly

Nikita Kuzmin – The Strictly pro is coming onto the show fresh off the show’s tour. Poor lad probably just wants a rest

Zeze Mills – the social media star has a “no holds barred interview style” – and she hasn’t backed away from calling people (well, Louis) out

Bradley Riches – The actor played kindly James McEwan in Netflix hit Heartstopper and he seems just as sweet in the house

Lauren Simon – She’s a Real Housewives of Cheshire star and you really don’t get on that show by being shy and retiring
