Regé-Jean Page instantly became a heartthrob when he appeared as Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings, in season one of “Bridgerton” at the end of 2020, and we’ve been head over heels for him ever since. Though he’s left “Bridgerton” behind, he’s still one of our biggest crushes, and he’s racked up quite a few movie projects fans can see him in. In 2022, he appeared in Netflix’s film “The Gray Man” (which is getting a sequel), and this March, he’s one of the leads in “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.” Despite his relatively newfound fame, the British star has mostly kept his romantic life pretty private, though we do know a few things about who he’s Dating.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly in December 2020, Page admitted to being quite a romantic at heart. “I’m a huge fan of romance as a concept. Romance is a wonderful thing and we need more of it in the world,” he told the magazine. “Most things at their core are love stories anyway, whether they realize it or not. It’s hilarious, the more seriously a show tries to take itself and detach itself from that, the more that the love story generally tends to come forward.”

He also embraces the inherent romance in one of our favorite classic period-drama tropes: held-gaze ballroom scenes between two characters — a type of scene he and former costar “BridgertonPhoebe Dynevor excelled at as Simon and Daphne. “You have this space to flirt and communicate in private. Even though the eyes of the world are on you, it’s that little bubble of honesty between those two characters,” he told Oprah Magazine in 2021.

In real life, Page has been in a longterm Relationship with Emily Brown, a writer and part-time athlete. The pair were first linked in 2019, according to People. In February 2021, they were photographed embracing at the airport, via Page Six. At the time, a source confirmed they were a Couple, but Page has never publicly commented on their relationship, and Brown does not have public-facing social media.

Still, the duo have made quite a few public appearances together. In 2021, they attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards and the London Film Festival together. In 2022, they stepped out hand in hand for a pre-BAFTA dinner party in March and attended Wimbledon together in July. This past February, the pair attended pre- and post-BAFTA parties together, smiling for some adorable photos.
