Melissa Gorga found Luis Ruelas‘ brunch behavior to be “dramatic” and “strange.”

After she and her husband Joe Gorga engaged in a heated debate with Luis and his wife Teresa Giudice at the home of newbie Rachel Fuda on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa described the scene as “chaos” as Jennifer Aydin slammed her and Joe for painting a false “narrative.”

“I didn’t know why he wanted to talk. I didn’t feel like he and I needed to have a conversation,” Melissa admitted on the March 28 episode of the RHONJ: After Show. “Maybe the brother and sister do.”

Because Melissa had only known Luis for a year and two months at that point in time, she felt his actions, which included wanting to hold her hand and shoo-ing Teresa away when she came close, were “very dramatic.”

“It was strange,” she explained. “His drastic forms of emotion are strange. It’s something that I don’t know I can get used to without thinking something’s really weird about it. It’s like you almost want to believe, ‘Oh he’s hurt inside,’ but it doesn’t make sense if you listen to what he said earlier. He had a conversation with my nieces earlier saying we’re horrible people, and then in the next breath, he’s telling Teresa she’s wrong. Which is it?”

Looking back in her own interview, Margaret Josephs described the bizarre scene as a “Dr. Phil moment.”

“Listen, you can see Luis has been to a lot of therapy. But that doesn’t make him a licensed therapist. I brush my teeth a thousand times. I’m not a f-cking dentist,” she noted.

But Teresa didn’t find Luis’ antics concerning.

“I kept seeing my poor fiancé keep trying and trying and trying. It’s just like, I felt bad for him,” she recalled. “He got upset and was actually crying. He can’t believe the behavior from my brother.”

Although Melissa suspected Luis wanted to say again that he had nothing to do with her mom not being invited to their wedding before ultimately extending an invitation, Rachel noted that in going against his wife’s wishes, Luis ultimately threw Teresa “under the bus.”

Speaking of the dynamic between Teresa and Joe, Melissa said, “They have a tumultuous sibling-hood,” and noted that Joe had two failed engagements because Teresa “didn’t like” the women.

Fully on Team Teresa, Jennifer accused the Gorgas of talking “sh-t” about Luis and clapped back at Joe’s “bad seed” claim against him.

“Joe and Melissa want to keep the narrative that they were so great, that they’re saints, that they’re wonderful, and it’s like, why can’t you own your sh-t? They talk sh-t about Luis. They do,” she insisted. “He asked your permission for your sister’s hand in marriage. Is that what you call a bad seed? You think Luis like this? Luis cries. Joe Gorga’s like, ’No. I’m Joe Gorga. You should’ve f-cking kissed my a– and you didn’t so now, I’m not gonna make up with you.’”

And Teresa agreed.

“I think my brother wants people to kiss his a– because he thinks he’s this big celebrity. That’s what he thinks,” Teresa suspected. “It’s like a flashback of how he was with my ex [Joe Giudice].”

But according to Margaret, Teresa should take accountability for her role in their family feud.

“Teresa cannot take any blame for her past. Everything is someone else’s fault,” she stated. “We have to maybe ask Dr. Phil Luis what that diagnosis is …  But when you look at everything, if you have issues with everyone in your family, it might just be you. I’m sorry. It just might be you.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
