PAUL Gascoigne has revealed a shock “challenge” put on the table by a Hollywood A-Lister prior to his stint on Scared Of The Dark.
The former England footballer, 55, exclusively opened up to The Sun on the light-hearted showdown, in which Gazza warned the star “you won’t win.”

It comes after Gazza was cruelly branded “muck” and claimed to have suffered “injuries” during filming for Danny Dyer‘s new Channel 4 show.
Talking exclusively to us after Scared Of The Dark filming wrapped, he detailed a surprise approach from George Clooney, 61.
The From Dusk Til Dawn actor came into contact with the footballer courtesy of his bodyguard, who looked after him during his three seasons for Italian side, Lazio.
Gazza told us: “George Clooney and all them want to challenge me in pool and stuff like that. I try not to think about it, because if I think about some of the stuff and that, it can be quite scary.
“So I just try and just take things as they are, you know?”
Opening up on his challenge with George, he continued: “My bodyguard I had when I played in Italy looks after him [George] now. And I was in London and Johnny says, ‘I’ve got someone to speak to you.’
“I said, ‘Who is it?’ and they said ‘George Clooney.’
“I said to George, ‘Yeah, what do you want?’
“He said ‘I hear you’re a good pool player.
“”Well, I’m going to come to your local pub and I’m going to challenge you for a drink.'”
Gazza told us his cheeky reply and how he warned the star: “Well, you won’t win on either. You won’t win the pool or on drink.”
Apparently George brushed the banter off with a laugh.
Gazza then claimed: “No one bothers us. No one.”
Recently the star was subject to a less than friendly challenge when Chris Eubank branded him “muck” in their new TV show.
Fans were quick to call out the boxer after their furious clash.
They slammed Chris for several “patronising” scenes.
During Sunday’s opening episode, Chris called for “stories and poems” but instead former footballer Gazza offered a sexy story.
The ex England star warned: “I don’t know if I’ll get in trouble for this.
“But when I went to 10 Downing Street I put my arm around Maggie Thatcher and I felt it [his manhood] getting hard and I thought I better release this.
“So I f**king hit the toilet and whacked one out.”
His confession was met by squeals of shock from his co-stars.
Chris, taking control of the situation, said: “That’s your pub talk, that’s not for around here.
“But maybe I’m killing the party hey.”
In a damning analysis he told the camera: “I don’t know Gazza. And I don’t want to know Gazza.
“But that drinking that’s all that muck.
“He’s brazen.”
