Daisy Kelliher is dishing on the tension that erupted between her and co-star Gary King after she hooked up with chief engineer Colin Macrae during season four of Below Deck Sailing Yacht.

Daisy and Gary have held onto a mild flirtation since season three after they shared a Dating-rumors-their-steamy-hot-tub-kiss-and-where-they-stand-now-ahead-of-the-upcoming-season-premiere/”>steamy makeout session in the boat’s hot tub. The pair have been spotted traveling together multiple times on social media, but they insist they are just friends.

Still, that didn’t stop Gary’s feelings from getting “hurt” and becoming “jealous,” leaving Daisy frustrated.

“I feel like Gary was convincing himself he wanted me, but I think it was more his ego was hurt that I was kind of leaning more towards Colin,” Daisy recently told Page Six. “Why did he care? He had three years to come and get me, and he never did. So, like, f**k off.”

Daisy explained that she felt put in the middle of the trio’s eventual love triangle and began to feel like she was being viewed as a prize to be won in a competition.

“I also – I feel like they won’t agree with this – but I sometimes felt like I was a bit of a trophy, and it was a bit of an ego, and it was like, you know, which guy got the girl,” Daisy said.

The chief stew continued by explaining that the tension between her, Gary, and Colin became more palpable as the season progressed, and she found it to be “difficult to navigate.” At one point, Gary accused Daisy of hooking up with Colin “out of spite.”

“I 100 percent don’t go around spitefully hooking up unless you did something really malicious,” Daisy told the outlet.

Daisy played coy when asked where she stands today with Gary, but Gary has not been so tight-lipped.

Speaking to E! News, Gary explained that he felt he and Daisy have “always had chemistry,” and seeing her with Colin “shocked” him, leading to his jealous outburst.

“I’d be lying to you if I said I wasn’t jealous,” Gary said. “But at the end of the day, she’s not my girlfriend, Colin’s not my boyfriend, so I’m going to be a supportive as possible for them. It’s the least I could do as a friend.”

After the initial shock wore off, Gary says he’s come to accept Daisy and Colin’s romance.

“No doubt they both are very good friends of mine and I’ll be supportive as much as possible,” he stated. “I think they make a super cute Couple, so we’ll see what happens in the future.”

Luckily for Gary, he had a little distraction in the form of junior stew Madison “Mads” Herrera.

“Madison and I had a little season fling,” Gary confessed. “Boatmances, it’s just something that happens on every yacht. It’s something we can’t hide from whether we want it or not. I think if you spend enough time with someone, you’re going to get a connection with them and develop feelings.”

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season four airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
