Season 3 of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip was well worth the wait. An eclectic group of Real Housewives stars past and present traveled across the world to Thailand for an over-the-top vacation. Not only were their excursions and accommodations larger-than-life, but so was the drama they stowed in their suitcases.
One RHUGT star who stirs up the pot is Real Housewives of Potomac star Candiace Dillard Bassett. She headed into the trip with a reputation. For one, her only RHOP ally was Gizelle Bryant, who is Relationship-with-demon-gizelle-bryant-after-real-housewives-ultimate-girls-trip/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>far from her bestie these days. Secondly, she and Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Porsha Williams have a rocky history. CandeeGal and Porsha had beef from the first day of the vacation. It escalated to a new level once Candiace asked Porsha the real tea about her latest relationship.
Candiace just did the dirty work that every RHOA fan has been waiting for. Porsha relinquished her peach before getting grilled about her whirlwind romance with Simon Guobadia. If you remember, Simon was married to Falynn Guobadia, who appeared on the show as a friend of Porsha. However, a whole lot of mess ensued and now, Simon and Porsha are married. CandeePants really did us all a favor by getting the real dirt about the Porsha of it all. Even though the trip has ended and Candiace is back in the Potomac area, she still has questions surrounding Miss Porsha Luther King.
CandeePants appeared on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast to dish all things RHUGT. Of course, she answered plenty of questions about her tension with Porsha on the trip. While Candiace complimented Porsha and Simon’s “beautiful wedding(s),” she couldn’t help but throw some shade. “But it was definitely a little sketch how they got together, for sure,” Candiace said. And now we said it — Porsha can’t be mad that the people have questions.
It wasn’t just Simon and Porsha being sketchy. Falynn made some questionable decisions toward the end of her relationship with Simon that raised a lot of eyebrows as well. CandeePants is being diplomatic — she’s not pointing fingers, just acknowledging a disaster when she sees one. “It’s like all these twists and turns and the timeline is just so short,” Candiace said. “So what came first? Chicken or the egg, we don’t know.” Candiace, like the rest of us, isn’t satisfied with Porsha’s “PR answer” about getting with Simon. But Miss “Drive Back” has bigger things to worry about than what’s going on in Porsha’s home, especially now that she and Simon are happily married. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t see CandeePants poke Polar Bear Porsha a little more in the upcoming RHUGT episodes.
